Ibby's IT & Car Care provides appointment-based detailing and IT concierge services. Scope, timelines, and pricing are agreed before work begins.
Booking and communication
Bookings are accepted through our official channels (website form, WhatsApp, and email). We aim to respond within the published response window.
Quotes and payment
- Quotes are based on current information provided by the client.
- Final pricing can vary if condition/scope materially differs at inspection.
- Payment terms are confirmed at booking confirmation.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the device/vehicle condition and issues.
- Arrive on time for appointment slots.
- Ensure legal ownership/authorization for items submitted for service.
Service limitations
We apply professional methods and care, but do not guarantee outcomes beyond what is technically or materially feasible for the item’s condition.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where exclusions are prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these terms as services evolve. Updated terms become effective upon publication on this page.
