Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Appointments and slot allocation

All services are appointment-based. Your booking reserves a dedicated private slot and preparation time.

Rescheduling

Please provide as much notice as possible. We recommend at least 24 hours for rescheduling requests.

Cancellations

Cancellations should be sent through your original booking channel (WhatsApp or email). Late cancellations may impact future booking priority.

No-show handling

If an appointment is missed without notice, we may require additional confirmation before accepting a new booking and may prioritize other queued clients.

Provider rescheduling

If we must reschedule, we will offer the next suitable slot and communicate promptly.
